H&M Holdings is a privately-owned management and investment company, focused on corporate financial services, art & education and lifestyle related businesses.  

The name H&M comes from two Chinese words "Hock & Man"

（福满）meaning prosperity and abundance. These are two very popular and widely used well-wishes in the Chinese tradition and the Company hopes to extend both "prosperity and abundance" to all our business stakeholders.

The founder of H&M Holdings is Mr Chng Hock Huat, who has been in the Infocom Technology business for 15 years having transformed Opentech Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based systems integrator which he founded in 1998 into part of a USD 800M global IT service provider after its acquisition by Keane Inc. in 2006. Hock Huat was subsequently appointed the Chief Executive Officer for Asia Operations from 2006 to 2010.He was the winner of the Association of SME Entrepreneur of the Year 2004 Award. Hock Huat is today, a well-known entrepreneur in Singapore, active in both  business and community services in Singapore.

 We have three companies in our group: Dollar Tree Inc, an investment company; Bizmen Corporation, a company provides strategic financial and business advisory services, and Arty Huaty Gallery, focuses on Chinese contemporary and master paintings. 

 Our principles:

We plan to commit 10% of our annual revenue in the art and education business to the less privileged children and old folks. We hope to do better each year and to continue increasing our commitment in giving back to the society with your support.
